Hey deviantART, it's been a while, huh?

After a while posting my art solely on Tumblr, I've decided I missed the whole art-community thing. Shocker, no? I'm sticking around there, too, but I decided to come back.<3

I recently got accepted through Early Decision to Boston University's Dual Degree program between the College of Fine Arts (with a major in Painting) and the College of Arts and Sciences (with an undeclared major). I'm really, really excited about that. :>

Anywho, prepare for an inflow of boring, AP Studio Art-related submissions. WoOooOoooooO~

the scoop...

So, jeez we have a little catching up to do, don't we?
Spent an incrediblyawesome 4 weeks at Boston University. Talk about inspiration. Top choice, heard. In love with Boston too. Still miss it. Already pretty far along on my college applications.
Now I just have to actually do my summer assignments...

Things I need to work on art-wise:
✧ thinner, crisper, better lines
✧ better understanding of color and color relativity
✧ no more anatomyfail, wtf happened to my sense of anatomy?
✧ VARIATION & EXPERIMENTATION
✧ not being a pansy

in conclusion...

School starting September 2nd. It's the home stretch, senior year~~!

SUMMEERRRRRRRRR ON JUNE 18.
Okay here's the deal brosefs.
June 27th I'm going for a summer visual arts program at Boston University for 4 weeks. I'll have internet access and all but I'm just letting you know because that means moar art. :>

I started giving Gaia commissions because I was completely losing my muse as far as cartoony art goes. I was just doing nonstop traditional art and it was driving me craaazy because I thought I was losing my imagination. ;3;
So I figured I'd work on other people's OCs to get used to my style again and to get some inspiration back.
So don't be judgin' yo. Superweaboo up in here.
